About the Role

As a Marketing and Communications executive, you will be at the forefront of our conversations with our customers. At Bullitt, we don’t only want to introduce new customers to our products but also to care for our millions of customers who are already using one of our devices. The role operates across many channels including, but not limited to; social media interaction, community management, digital and social media marketing, CRM, blogs and ambassador interactions, website content and customer journey, events and PR…and many more.

        The role is a critical part of the business that allows us to actively engage with our huge fan base as well as interact with new customers across all our partner brands. You will help to drive brand awareness and create new and engaging ways to communicate with our customers, ensuring that all our interactions through social media are consistent and of an extremely high quality. You’ll get the chance to work within the wider marketing team to create amazing new content through our array of brand ambassadors and specialised partner companies – this content will be shared via CRM, Social Media and our brand sites where you will also have a positive impact on the delivery of every message.  

        We’re looking for a marketeer who can help us achieve

  •         A consistent and personal interaction with individual customers across our social media channels – ensuring that the customer feels nurtured and their comments or questions are answered in a timely and positive manner. 
  •         Create content that is engaging and interesting to our fans. Using new techniques to help create new media and deliver it through all our digital channels. 
  •         Build on an ever-evolving tone of voice that helps us reach our customers in all of our global markets. 
  •         Monitor all our social media channels and interactions to help create marketing and support planning which allows us to support customers to a high standard. 
  •         Collaborate and support the content creation and delivery across our websites, ecommerce channels, CRM and social media platforms. 
  •         Help to build and maintain relationships with brand partners and external agencies. 
  •         Support the creation of PR, news stories and brand interactions that can be used in our ATL and BTL marketing activities. 
  •         Using analytics to report on our reach, activity, impressions and conversions to support the creation of new marketing material.
  •         Communicate and collaborate with the wider marketing team to boost productivity, bring new ideas to the table and support the creation of new content.
  •         Supports the creation of paid media and inputs to paid media planning for all our digital marketing activities.

        The role will report into the Digital and Ecommerce Manager. You will be part of a small but highly focused marketing team, so this role is suited to a self-starter and motivated individual who isn’t scared to get stuck in and help us achieve. Skills and Experience

  •       Be a naturally enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and communications.
  •       Be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  •       Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  •       Has an interest in all things marketing, both ATL and BTL – keeping up to date with the latest trends and news within the industry.
  •       Has a good working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  •       Has experience of creating social media content plans across multiple channels.
  •       Has some experience in managing paid media campaigns across social media.
  •       An understanding of CRM tools (Mailchimp) and CMS (Wordpress, etc.) preferred.
  •       An understanding of social media monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Agorapulse, etc.) preferred.
  •       Be willing to apply yourself and learn new skills that help us develop our brands. We want you to become our number one brand ambassador to help us develop new and exciting marketing campaigns and ideas!

Proficiencies, Knowledge and Valued Skills

  •       Be a team player who is always willing to get involved.
  •       Outgoing and not afraid to suggest new ideas.
  •       A great communicator with good copywriting skills.
  •       Understands the importance of customer interaction through online channels.
  •       An understanding and working knowledge of CRM (Mailchimp) and Social Media monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Agorapulse, etc.)
  •       Advanced working knowledge of all key social media platforms.
  •       Knowledge of paid media campaigns across social media.
  •       Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  •       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  •       Basic knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
  •       Second language (Spanish, German) highly advantageous.
  •       Skills in CMS (Wordpress) advantageous.
  •       Previous knowledge within Technology or Mobile Devices advantageous.
  •       A positive approach to learning new skills and personal development.
  •       A proactive problem solver.
